How do I place an order?

Just browse through the online store, choose the item of your choice, click on 'Add To Shopping Cart', login to your account, enter the shipping information, payment options and successfully complete the ordering process. Read through Placing An Order in the FAQ section for details.

How do I delete items from the cart?

When you login to your Shopping Cart you can view the contents and change them too. To remove an item, click on the "Delete" button.

I don't know my order number. Where do I find it?

Go to the view cart, you will find your order number.

How do I change my preferences for method of ordering?

Sorry, it is not possible to change your payment options after your order has been placed.

Can I Return the defective or damaged goods?

Defective and damage good can be replace as per the terms and
condition of the warranty given by the brand. It is our efforts to give you best possible service in this matter.

What are your shipping charges?

We are operating within the municipal limits of Mumbai city. We will give you free delivery in the specify area.

Do you deliver to locations outside India?

No, we do not deliver out of Mumbai city as of now.

How can you execute my order just based on my credit card number without verifying my signature?

Online transactions do not require signatures to authenticate the transaction. All the details are verified electronically through your bank.

Do you accept International credit cards for deliveries within India?

Yes, we accept all Indian/ International Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards.

Can I pay with cash?

Cash on delivery option is only available on certain select products and selected cities only.
